MVG is responsible for subway, bus and tram. This means: 580 subway cars, 100 trams and nearly 400 buses. The website mvg.de offers all travelers relevant information about public transportion in Munich from any device.
From the very beginning, 3q5 has designed and programmed our future website www.mvg-mobil.de. Due to the experience with the Magnolia content management system we use, 3q5 supports us intensively in the technical implementation of the new site. The high degree of flexibility that the team brings with them makes the collaboration in this complex project easy and enjoyable.

A mobile site for a mobile company - this is probably the top priority of this project. The content has to be presented optimally on mobile devices - after all, mobility is the business model of the MVG. In addition, travelers are also dependent on the services while on the subway, tram and bus. The new internet appearance convinces with simple usability, responsive and fresh design, large picture elements and little details such as the station clock.
Useful services such as "MVG live" (current departure times), "MVG zoom" (operating condition of escalators and elevators) and the "MVG customer portal" were previously outsourced to their own domains. In the course of the relaunch we have integrated them seamlessly into the website and thus increased the benefit for the users.
